Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

  • Cosmic provide absolutely everything to complete your clean, which is included in the total cost

Can I request special tasks or extras?

  • If by special request you want us to use your own products or have a special task, that is completely fine, just email us at Support@cosmicact.com.au and we can assist you from there

How do I log into my account?

  • You can either click the “login” button on our top menu, or simply follow this link

How do I change my password?

  • Simply log onto your account via this link, then click the drop down menu from the top and select “change password”

How do I change my address?

  • You can change your house address by following this link. Once changed allow 15 minutes for the changes to replicate to our servers

How do I change my credit card?

  • Simply follow this link to add a new credit card.  *Note please remember to select the new card as default

How do I book my first appointment?

  • You can go to our booking page at this link and fill the form out, alternatively you can create a Cosmic account via this link. Once you have an account your homepage will look like the following

Can I apply a coupon to an appointment?

  • On our booking form, there is a section located at the bottom of the page called “Discount code”, simply enter the code you have and it will automatically apply that discount and update the total

I bought a voucher that does not cover my area, what should I do?

  • Please email our support team at Support@cosmicact.com.au and we will be able to refund the amount

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

  • All Cosmic accounts must have a credit card attached to their account. If you have applied a discount and it covers the full cost of the clean, you will NOT be charged anything

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

  • At Cosmic, we rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who must undergo police checks as well as in-person interviews to begin cleaning

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

  • Our cleaners follow strict procedure when working in our clients houses. If something is to happen, the cleaner is instructed to contact their accounts manager who will pursue and take the correct course of action

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

  • Yes – in fact Cosmic will never see your card details. Our clients payment details are kept with Stripe who use 256-bit SSL encryption

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

  • Yes! They must pass a Australian federal police national police check to work at Cosmic

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

  • Cosmic guarantee a perfect clean every time. Please email Support@cosmicact.com.au if you wish for further information.
  • If you standards have not been met after we have cleaned, we will offer a 100% free re-clean

What is your refund policy?

  • If we have not cleaned to your desired standards, please email and attached pictures to Support@cosmicact.com.au
  • Cosmic do NOT offer money back, although we do offer a 100% free re-clean
  • Please email Support@cosmicact.com.au if you wish for further information.
